ZQ-B1500-8 Fully automatic PET stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. ZQ-B600-8 Full-automatic PET stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has eight cavities and the maximum volume of the products is 600ml. It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated,mineral,pesticide,cosmetics,wide-mouth,hot filling,and other packing containers,which is made of plastic of crystalline type,such as PET and PP etc.

ZQ-B600-8 machine adopts intermittent preform loading system.
High Speed (Output MAX): 11000 Bottles/Hour, Container Volume: <=600ml.

ZQ-B series full-automatic pet stretch blow molding machine is the two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine.It has one to six cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 0.6L,1.5L,5L and 10L. It can blow bottles in shapes:carbonated,mineral,pesticide,cosmetics,wide-mouth,hot filling,and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

ZQ-A series, Automatic Stretch Blowing Machine With Preform Manual Loading

ZQ-A series, newly developed by our company, is a two-step automatic blow-molding machine, which requires labor to put performs into the preheater only. ZQ-A series is of one cavity and the maximum cavity of the bottles is 0.6L,1.5L,5L. It can blow various bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET, PP etc.

Compared with other full-automatic series, ZQ-A series has no automatic conveyer, so it can’t transfer performs automatically, but requires labors to put performs into preheater.

The 2L-16L double station extrusion blow moulding machine is different from the single station machine in that it has one additional station with high-precision linear guide, covering four major series of ZQD-2L,ZQD-5L,ZQD-10L and ZQD-16L.

The same as the single station machines, it can be used to produce a wide variety of materials, such as PE, PP, and PA.

The largest capacity of the product can be 16L, and its production capacity is 60 to 70% more than the single station machine. In accordance with different type of products, die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.

ZQ 32,48,72,96 cavities PET preform injection molding systems uses a new part cooling and handling system, which features:
1.  Cooling on the inner surface of the preform without using compressed air, unlike most post-mold cooling systems which only cool the outer surface
2.  Optimized cycle utilization — being mounted on the moving platen, the cooling system remains active for up to 85% of the overall cycle.

PET preform injection molding systems are available from 280 to 500 tonnes (2800 to 5000 kN) and up to 96 cavities.

Usually, Multi-cavity pet preform mould does use the hot runner system rather than cold runner system, so the design of hot runner system plays an important role in mould quality guarantee.

Based on foreign advanced techniques and combined with domestic clients’ demand, we adopt the valve gated design, in which each cavity has its own heating zone and temperature is measured by independent thermocouple.(advantages: easily avoid some problems such as white or drawbench on bottom).

Here, Mould is produced automatically to reduce labor force.
